| Shopping Cart for printed patterns:
Simply click on the Add to Cart button
found under the product description. The window will
change to a view of your shopping cart. Click the
Continue Shopping shopping button to return to the
previous page to continue shopping.
When you have finished adding items to the
cart, click the View Cart button found near the top of
the left navigational bar or near the bottom of each
merchandise page to complete the checkout.
From the shopping cart view you can review
the items in your cart, adjust quantities and calculate the
shipping charges. Hit the recalculate button if
you make any changes. Most of the items on this site are
lightweight enough to go First Class Mail although a few are
over the 13 ounce limit and have to go Priority Mail.
First Class is the default shipping method,
but if the items in the cart total over 13 ounces, the cart
will display an Oops message and request that you return to
choose Priority from the drop down box. The cart also
can calculate your shipping costs any time while you are
shopping. Just click the Calculate Shipping
button and enter your location and zip.
On the following page you'll be asked to enter
your shipping information. If you are using Visa, MasterCard
or Discover, please fill in the Order By
section with your information exactly as it appears on your
billing statement. Authorize.Net compares the information you enter
with the information on file with your credit card company as
a security check. This is one of the steps they take to
keep your credit information safe.
The payment options that will be displayed
are:
1) Secure online payment with Visa,
MasterCard or Discover 2) Mail in check/money order 3) I will call with my credit card information.
Just choose the option that's best for
you and checkout will lead you through the remaining steps
from there.
To mail in your order and payment -- print
out a copy of your order and include it with a check or money
order payable in U.S. funds to Little Coon Creek. Mail

please have your order number handy when you call at
412-487-7411. Mornings are generally the best time to
find us here. If we miss each other, leave a message and
I'll return your call as soon as I can! :-) We

E-patterns:
The shopping cart for e-patterns works
pretty much the same as for the printed patterns except that
there are no shipping charges added during checkout.
Carts which contain a combination of printed patterns and
e-patterns can be processed too -- shipping costs will be
calculated only for the mailed versions of the patterns.
PA residents: 6% sales tax will be added for both mailed and
emailed versions of the patterns.
Please allow 24 hours for delivery by email of your
e-pattern order. Most often, e-patterns are emailed to
you within an hour or so after the order is placed.
To be sure that e-patterns are delivered
promptly, please check your email settings to allow large
files and if needed, list
linet@littlecooncreek.com as a safe sender. You
should receive a separate note from us letting you know that
your e-pattern order will be emailed to you shortly.
Each e-pattern ordered will be emailed separately. You
can save e-patterns to a folder on your computer.
Although our e-patterns can be read with
older versions of Adobe Reader, the latest version of Adobe
Reader is available at
Adobe's
website (and it's free, yea!) Our
e-patterns are created with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and may not
display properly in older versions of Adobe Reader.
Oh, and please double-check your email
address during checkout and on your confirmation of order
email. Lol, we receive quite a few orders with coms
where nets should be, letters and numbers omitted, etc. and we
can't contact you if we don't have your correct email address
or phone number! If your e-pattern order doesn't arrive
within 24 hours, please send us an email or call us at
412-487-7411 so that we can promptly identify and try to
resolve any issues.
E-patterns can also be ordered by telephone
at 412-487-7411.
Privacy Policy:
Privacy Policy -- Little Coon Creek,
Clarion House Collectibles and Northern Prims will never share
your information (including email addresses) with third
parties. All of the sister companies retain order
information (we account to Uncle Sam) however, we do not retain
credit card info unless specifically requested to do so by the
customer. Credit card numbers conveyed to us are retained
for a short time and then promptly
shredded after the transaction is transmitted and accepted by our
merchant services provider. We are committed to doing our
part to keep your information yours and yours alone.
How is your credit card
information handled once you enter it onto your screen?
CoolCart sends your encrypted card info to Authorize.Net who
then approves and processes the transaction through our
merchant services account at PNC (Pittsburgh National
Corporation.) Should it be necessary for me to access
that info for a return or refund, I have to log into my
account at Authorize.Net or PNC, however, your credit card
information never actually reaches or is stored on my
computer. All credit card info remains on secure servers
where it cannot be accessed by another party.
Authorize.Net and PNC merchant
services may retain transaction information for an indefinite
period of time. Please be assured that both companies
are the tops in their fields and will not use your
information for any reason other than that related to the
transaction.
Returns, Refunds and
Exchanges:
We're easy here. :-) If
for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, just
give us a holler at 412-487-7411 or shoot off an email to me
here at
linet@littlecooncreek.com to make arrangements for
return or replacement.
Please be aware of spoof emails!
If you have any online accounts
such as PayPal, an eBay account or if you do any online banking,
please be aware of the spoof "phishing" emails that are
so abundant these days. A spoof email will generally start
out with a statement such as "your account may have been
compromised" or "we are updating our records" --
lines similar to those.
The email will go on to read that
you must click on a link and enter personal details about your
account (username, passwords, etc. Some even ask for your
SS#, mother's maiden name and banking PIN #!) Some emails
may address you by name or by your email address; most will say
something like "Dear PayPal user."
The emails may look official and
even have a return address similar to the real thing. The
genuine companies will never ask you to provide personal
information in an email! These spoof emails are out to get
your information and the spoofers are up to no good. Never
give out your personal information by clicking on a link in an
email and it's best to not click any links in emails like these at
all. Some of the links may install a key logger on your
computer and transmit information as you type.
Always be sure that you are on the
genuine PayPal, eBay or banking site by typing the URL directly
into the address bar after opening a new browser window. A secure log in site should begin with
https://.
