Two snowman
ornaments are included in this pattern. The roly
poly 4" ornament requires no machine sewing and is a
great take-along project. The 6 1/2" ornament has
seams adorned with hand stitching. Both are made
from Warm & Natural cotton batting and look terrific
with a light coating of mica flakes. |

A cute pattern for a couple of
primitive ornaments -- Santa and Annie measure 8" tall
and have grapevine for arms and legs.

5" and 6" ornaments from Warm & Natural
cotton batting -- a pair of mittens with heart
appliqués, a snowy mom with two snow kids and a snowman
ornie with twiggy arms and black felt mittens. All
look marvelous when finished with a coating of mica
flakes. |

6" and 7" ornaments along with an 8"
weighted freestanding easy to make snowman, all from
Warm & Natural cotton batting. The recipe I use to
tea-stain and stiffen in one (messy) step is included in
the pattern, or just leave the batting natural and frost
them with mica flakes. One of the things I like to do
with the 8" snowman is to place him in a rusty fluted
candle pan with some fixins around him. I stamp an
aged hang tag "Frosty Fixins" and wire it to one of the
grapevine arms. These are always great sellers at
craft shows.
The last photo is the same style snowman in wooden
tray that I painted and distressed, added some cuttings
from a wired pine garland along with some pine cones an
electric candle lamp.

A 19" snowman to add to a wreath or to
make as a wall hanging along with a 7 1/2" ornament,
both from Warm & Natural cotton batting. Finish
them off with a light tea stain and a coating of mica
flakes for a wonderful old fashioned look. |

7" to 9" ornaments -- a flannel Santa
stocking, a pointed toe elf shoe, a flannel snowman, a
flannel candy cane and a Santa face that can be used as
an ornament or added to a grapevine star as shown in the
pattern photo. |
