This pattern
makes a sweet 18" prim snowman who is reaching to place
a star atop a 24" mini tree. The snowman is made
from Warm & Natural cotton batting. He's weighted
and the tree is tied or wired to his side seam which
makes the piece stand sturdily despite it's size. This
is one of my daughter Revere's designs. For the
last few shows we've been adding mini light sets to the
tree and giving the snowman a combination coating of
textured snow and mica flakes or glitter. |

Another great design by my daughter
Revere. The pattern includes directions for a
slender and primitive 16" tea-stained muslin snowman and
four different easy-to-make-seams-to-the-outside 9"
snowflakes. The snowflakes are lightly stiffened
and coated with mica flake and have a nice old-fashioned
look about them. (The photo is slightly out of scale --
my fault. :-) It was difficult to get a good
photo with all of the items in this pattern so I
combined two pictures and Photoshopped them together.
However, as a result, the snowflakes appear smaller in
size than they actually are in relation to the size of
the snowman. The measurements stated above are
accurate.) |

Willie B. Warm? You betcha.
This 14" freestanding snowman is made from Warm &
Natural cotton batting and carries a fabric backed mini
quilt. One of the ladies with whom I do shows made
him up with the quilt in black and gold squares, the
colors of our Pittsburgh Steelers. Needless to
say, her Willies outsold mine that show 10 to 1, rofl!
Yep, it was definitely one of those duh, why didn't I
think of that? moments! (By the way, the
snowman has fleece mittens on a string that are supposed
to hang his left arm which I neglected to add to him
when I shot this photo.) |

7" grinning snow faces made from Warm &
Natural cotton batting. Add them to a wreath as
shown in the photo or make them up individually to sit
on a shelf or on the mantle. |

a black felt top hat and sports a wooden pipe. |
